This is a weekly guide for advanced pitchers to gain strength, speed, accuracy, movement and confidence.
An advanced pitcher is someone who has put in the work to get their mechanics down to be muscle memory. Advanced pitchers can pitch without thinking too much about the motion and can get at least 50% strikes consistently.
This guide is completely free! It's the exact routine I had when I was in college and became NFCA All-American.
